The project is aimed at the rebuilding of a first plot in the town square. As mentioned in the general project, this work belongs to the need for levelling the ground level to allow a more appropriate use to a representative place like this.

The institution has reassessed an old project which included a pedestrian use of the square. Roberto Franchitti wanted to dedicate the place between the church, the town hall and the war memorial to downtown rallies, day parades, and every other collective activity.

Following an approved project, the present project was drawn up.

The first target is recovering history, tradition and everything that gave recognisability to the square in the touristic scope extra moenia.
