The complex of the Collegio Lazzaro Spallanzani is composed of two buildings of three floors linked by a connecting element; the first building is of nineteenth century construction, while the second was built after the first phases of the College’s activity, dates back to the 70s of the last century.
The project involves: the implementation of the toilet system, the simultaneous rationalization of accommodation capacity and the definition of a new women’s wing as well as the creation of an accessible path and services suitable for the use of people with disabilities.
There will also be included the construction of an insulation layer, the replacement of doors and windows and the optimization of the use of both mechanical and electrical systems for a significant improvement in quality and well-being conditions within the complex.
