The church from the 13th century suffered many changes in the years. In 1589 was extended, as written on the lintel.

In 1565 had 4000 ducats of compensation on more than 22.000 lands. His sizes are 22×16 mt, H 16 mt. The structure is divided into 3 aisles.

In 1720 the Flemish painting of the Chiesa di Torre di Zeppa was translated in Ripabottoni and inside there are 2 statues from the 17th century, portraying Saint Joseph and Mary.

Works carried out:

• shoring of arches and vaults inside the church, the bell tower and the vestry.
• encircling of the stoned bell tower with fabric stripes.
