The church of San Francesco, originally annexed to the homonymous convent of the Franciscan friars, stands in the centre of gravity of the urban system with a basilica system on a ship, a square transept surmounted by an insistent intrados dome on a cylindrical drum.

• Restoration of the bell tower.
