Liberty Palace is one of the most peculiar places in Venafro. It was projected by Gioacchino Luigi Mellucci and it’s located next to the little lake of the city.

At first, it was one of the several mills of the place, but then it was turned into a power plant, to become a cinema after the II world war.

Works carried out:

• Recovery of the coverage attic;
• Consolidation of the vertical and horizontal structures;
• Restoration of the external walls with reinforced mortar;
• Waterproofing of the roof;
• Rebuilding of the net for the rainwater collection;
• Recovery of the principal stair;
• Rebuilding of the wood frames;
• Recovery of the basement;
• Recovery of the ex-power plant;
• Recovery of the front door with external coating;
• Installation of the electrical and emergency systems;
• Installation of the heating system.
